About Me

I am Dr. Tsiropoulou, an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of New Mexico, since Fall 2017. I obtained my Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Technical University of Athens in 2008 and my MBA in techno-economics from the same institute in 2010. I graduated with a Ph.D in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Technical University of Athens in April 2014, under the supervision of Prof. Symeon Papavassiliou. Subsequently, I was a Senior Research Associate at NETwork Management & Optimal DEsign Laboratory (NETMODE) at the National Technical University of Athens from May 2014 - December 2015. During January - June 2016, I was a visiting scholar at Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Texas at Dallas. Before joining ECE, UNM, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Institute for Systems Research, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Maryland, working under the supervision of Prof. John Baras.
